Send us an email at [email protected] or call us at (855) 348-4330 Mon-Fri 9 AM - 5 PM EST for any damaged/missing items.

Please inspect the packaging of your item(s) when they arrive, if you notice any damage you should make note of it when signing for delivery.  If your item(s) do arrive damaged, please send photos to [email protected] and we will process a damage claim on your behalf, either replacing the damaged parts or processing a refund.

Photos of damages must be submitted within 48 hours of the order being delivered, otherwise, a replacement or a refund may not be possible.
